Let's get your new team member building good habits and starting her education!

  • Walk your new team member through their 1st Weekly Accomplishment Sheet & how to submit it to your Sales Director.

  • Introduce MK Confident

  • Go through the New Consultant 1st Steps information with your new team member.

  • Explain to your new TM how to report any accomplishments to your Sales Director. (Grand days, bookings, contest results, etc.)

  • Help her form good habits after appointments: profit and inventory, money splitting, restocking, cleaning, follow up, and fulfilling orders.

WAYS TO KEEP HER ENCOURAGE ON HER JOURNEY

  • Check in after her New Consultant Orientation and offer encouragement.

  • Encourage your new team member to participate in all unit events.

  • Touch base and check in periodically to encourage her along the way.

  • Remind her that we may be in this for ourselves, but we are never by ourselves. Your Sales Director is her and your coach and mentor to help you both reach your dreams and goals.

  • While coordinating with your Sales Director, help and encourage your new team member with her first party.

  • Buddy up for a booking challenge.

  • Encourage her to set up a place for her inventory and help her get organized.
